Pottery studio

Brightspire Foundation is grateful to share that two spaces within the Glenaire expansion have been recently dedicated in honor of current and former Glenaire residents.

Paul Hollis and Barbara Mann decided to honor the cherished memory of their parents and former Glenaire residents, Betty and Bill Hollis, while current Glenaire resident Phillip Stiles honored his wife, Elise.

In a recent dedication ceremony at Glenaire, residents, family, friends and staff honored Betty and Bill Hollis and Elise Stiles by dedicating the new music studio and pottery room in their names. Plaques bearing their names are on display in the two rooms, respectively.

These spaces serve as vibrant hubs where residents at Glenaire can express themselves musically and artistically. The music studio invites residents to engage in musical activities tailored to their preferences and abilities, while the pottery room allows residents to create, via hand-building or wheel-throwing, beautiful objects to suit their tastes. Whether residents choose to join a choir, sculpt clay or hone their skills with an instrument, these spaces foster a sense of community and creativity at Glenaire.
