Fall normally brings many things that I anticipate all year long. Cooler temperatures, a trip to the mountains to enjoy the leaves, new educational opportunities, and our annual Society Appreciation Luncheon hosted by The Presbyterian Homes Foundation, Inc. (dba Brightspire Foundation).
Although we are unable to hold our luncheon as we had planned this year, I want you to know how grateful we are for our Society members. Society members have made provisions for a future gift to the Foundation after their lifetimes. The vision that our Society members have strengthens our ability to provide for residents and demonstrates their commitment to our mission: To honor God by enriching the lives and touching the hearts of those we serve.
If you are a member of Scotia's Hix Society, The Glenaire Society, The River Landing at Sandy Ridge Society or The Glenn Sisters' Society—thank you! My husband, Ken, and I are members of The Glenaire Society and feel it is important to "pay it forward." Knowing that we can partner with the Foundation provides us with confidence, because we know that our gifts—both current and future—bolster an important cause in which we believe. We hope that you might consider taking similar steps when the time is right for you.
