Incredible Gift Helps Create New Courtyard at Scotia Village

In 2018, Delores and Bruce Russell gave a generous gift to The Presbyterian Homes Foundation, Inc. (dba Brightspire Foundation) to build a new courtyard at Scotia Village.

Inspired by the residents of the healthcare center at Scotia Village, the Russell’s generous donation of $100,000 helped create a much needed outdoor space. After a two-year delay due to COVID-19, the courtyard was recently dedicated on June 21, 2022, in memory of Bruce Russell, who greatly enjoyed the outdoors.
